secures the booking.
Full payment is required seven days in advance of travel. Please note that if paying
by cheque, it will need to have cleared seven days in advance of travel. If a cheque
has not cleared by this time, alternative payment will need to be arranged.
Credit and Debit cards are accepted. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
(There is no surcharge on debit cards).

UNIQUE PAYMENT OPTION
A Chauffeur and A Car operates a 7 day payment in advance policy. There are however,
occasions when this is not possible, such as late bookings or unexpected circumstances.
Corporate clients especially may not know how long they require a car for until
the day is halfway through. For this reason, your Chauffeur carries a mobile card
payment terminal, so that we can accept your card payments instantly and securely.
Just one more way that we stand out from the crowd.
