Terms and Conditions
- If there are any variations in the journey to what has been agreed at the time of
booking, the customer will be charged accordingly. This includes unscheduled mileage,
unscheduled service time, unscheduled waiting time and unscheduled car parking charges.
- We will do everything possible to ensure the security of our passengers and their
property. However, customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and
we shall not be held responsible or liable for loss, theft or damage of any such
property.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under
the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger whose behaviour poses a threat
to the chauffeur, the vehicle, or any other passenger.
- Our vehicle is strictly non-smoking.
- Any damage caused by a customer to the vehicle will be billed to them. This includes
repair work and valeting.
- Our chauffeur will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, taking into account
weather and road conditions, unless the customer instructs otherwise at the time
of booking.
- Our chauffeur will do absolutely everything he can to ensure punctuality; but if
delays are caused by circumstances outside our control, we cannot be held responsible.
- Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect your statutory rights.
Terms & Conditions
Payments and Deposits
- All Card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
- Our prices are all inclusive. There is no extra VAT charge. The only extras you
may be charged for are unscheduled wait time, unscheduled parking charges or unscheduled
service.
- A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking. A cheque will not secure your
booking until it has cleared. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Full cleared payment is required 7 days prior to departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a booking is cancelled more than 72 hours in advance of hire period, a full refund
will be made, excluding the non-refundable 10% deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance of hire period, 50% of monies
paid will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable 10% deposit.
- If a customer fails to arrive at the time and place designated as the pick up point;
there will be no refund of any monies paid.
